The Devmansur Dashboard Theme is built to work with the latest supported osTicket versions.

However, after upgrading osTicket, the theme may stop working temporarily because osTicket replaces core files during the update.

To fix this, simply reinstall the theme:

Steps

1. Login to Admin Panel

2. Disable the Dashboard Theme plugin

3. Delete the old plugin folder from /include/plugins/

4. Upload the latest theme version

5. Activate the plugin again

6. Create a new instance and enable it

This takes less than 2 minutes and ensures compatibility with the newest osTicket release.
