The new dashboard is not visible after activation. Why?

Usually this happens because the theme instance is not enabled or the browser cache is showing old files.

Fix checklist

  1. Make sure the plugin instance is enabled
    Admin Panel → Manage → Plugins → Dashboard Theme → Instances → Enable

  2. Clear browser cache
    Press Ctrl + Shift + R (hard refresh)

  3. Clear osTicket cache
